COVID-19 POLICIES

To save time at pick-up, payment can be made online (securely through your confirmation or reminder email), on the phone, or in person at our register. Checks will only be accepted if you do not have a credit or debit card. We are currently not keeping change in our register, but cash is accepted if no change is needed.
Our door is currently unlocked, however we do ask that you double check that the lobby isn't busy before entering. We will be maintaining 6 feet distance between clients and limiting to two clients in the salon at once. We have separated our lobby to accommodate this.
We will NOT be allowing anyone past our lobby or allowing anyone to wait in the lobby.
Only one person is allowed to drop off unless you have children. We are limiting the number of people in our salon.
We will be enforcing a 24 hour cancelation policy, subject to pre-payment of a new appointment before it is booked. This will be waived if you are sick with COVID-19 symptoms. Those who cancel within an hour of the appointment time or no show will be responsible for 50% of the groom fee PLUS pre-payment before booking a new appointment. This applies to everyone regardless of symptoms or exposure.
